For help with your account, the fastest way is “Help” inside the app, where you can report a problem with a payment.
The hotline number, email and office address will be added here before BDPAY opens to the public.
Account at risk?
Freeze your account first, with the link in our SMS or in the app, then call the hotline. Freezing stops all money movement at once.
Problem with a payment
Open the payment in the app and choose “Report a problem”. You can follow its status in the app.
Merchants
To accept BDPAY at your shop, see the merchants page and sign up in the BDPAY Business app.
